API Access Required: Most automotive CRMs require API credentials from your CRM provider. Contact your CRM administrator or vendor support to request API access. Lotivio will provide step-by-step configuration guides specific to your dealership's CRM version during onboarding.

Automatically enrich lead records with firmographic, technographic, and intent data:
License Required: Enrichment providers require separate subscriptions. Lotivio facilitates API connections but does not include data licenses.
Check Settings → Integrations → Sync Logs for error details. Common causes: OAuth token expired (re-authorize), API rate limit hit (automatic retry), field mapping conflict (review field mapping settings).
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → De-Duplication Rules. Configure matching logic (email, domain, phone). Enable merge rules to auto-consolidate duplicates.
Custom fields must be manually mapped. Go to Settings → Integrations → [Platform] → Field Mapping. Click "Detect New Fields" to refresh available fields after schema changes.
Large datasets (1M+ records) may take 2-4 hours for first sync. Monitor progress in Settings → Integrations → Sync Status. Contact support for datasets >5M records for optimized bulk import.
