SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

1. How We Collect Consent

Lotivio Drive and its partner dealerships collect SMS opt-in consent at the point of data submission. When a prospective customer submits an internet lead form, calls a dealership inbound line, or provides their phone number to a dealership representative, they are presented with the following disclosure:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages from [Dealership Name] powered by Lotivio Drive regarding your vehicle inquiry, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance."

2. Opt-In Methods

Consent to receive SMS communications may be collected through any of the following methods:

  • 1Submitting a lead form on a dealership website
  • 2Calling a dealership inbound phone line and providing a phone number
  • 3Providing a phone number to a dealership sales representative in person or via CRM entry
  • 4Texting START to the dealership's assigned Lotivio Drive number

3. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number.
